All permanent and customized jewelry pieces are final sale.

On all other products, we offer exchanges within 14 days with proof of purchase. Before getting started, please check below to see if your item is eligible for exchange.

All items must be:

• Unworn

• Have no signs of wear or damage

• In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)

• In all original packaging
